Yeah looks like Tyler's got mine all taken care of, much appreciated. I can understand when they are running behind because after all what we do taping/seeding is a lot of work too and it's all volunteer (and we know how it is when people are always asking for the recordings). I just wish the process was democratic to where recordings are processed by the curators in the order they are received. Obviously that's not the case still if I had recordings that were sitting there waiting for curator approval since Sat afternoon and shows from Sat night have since been recorded, transferred, and placed on the archive. Again though, can't say how much I appreciate all y'all do here and thanks again Tyler!

in addition to what brad said, whenever I go to the queue of shows waiting for approval, I always sort the list by time they have been waiting and hit up the oldest shows first. the Queue page we see doesn't show it like that by default. some admins do it their way, I really have no idea.. but for me I always try to do the oldest ones first.

glad yours got all taken care of!

By default the view that shows "waiting for approval" does not sort by date submitted. There is a feature to sort them this way (which most of us try to do while approving so the oldest shows in the CE get attention first), however sometimes artists with less restrictive policies get recordings in quicker. Or sometimes uploaders who have a history of submitting clean seeds (like Joel) get attention quicker too.

In the end they all get in. Sorry some of you have to wait a few days to get there, we understand your view.

Well, that makes sense. I have to say that I would rather see the entire queue move as quickly as possible, even if that means that certain individual items sometimes get treated "unfairly". As I said in an early post on a similar topic, these shows are going to be around for years and years and years. Surely, given that, an initial delay of a day or even three is a truly minor, inconsequential non-issue.

I've had at least one (clean) upload that took more than two days to process, but I've never felt the urge to complain about any of them. (Though I admit, it was starting to get close with that one, but I knew the Archive was having problems that weekend.)
